These terms govern your use of the Atprosphere iOS application, developed by SparrowTek LLC ("we," "us"). By using Atprosphere you agree to these terms.

What Atprosphere is

Atprosphere is an independent, third-party client for the AT Protocol network, including Bluesky. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Bluesky PBC. Your account, your content, and the social network itself are provided by your AT Protocol account provider under their own terms — Atprosphere is a window into that network.

Your account and your content

You sign in with an account from your AT Protocol provider, and your use of that account remains governed by your provider's terms of service and community guidelines. You are responsible for the content you publish. Content you post through Atprosphere is published to the AT Protocol network, where most content is public and may be viewed, indexed, and re-hosted by services we do not control.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Atprosphere to violate the law, infringe the rights of others, distribute malware, harass people, or breach your account provider's terms. We may stop supporting accounts or instances engaged in abuse.

Objectionable content and moderation

The AT Protocol network contains user-generated content. Atprosphere surfaces the moderation tools of the network: you can report content or accounts, block and mute users, and content labeled by moderation services is filtered or covered according to your preferences. Reports are handled by your account provider and the relevant moderation services, per their policies.

No warranty

Atprosphere is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app or the underlying network will be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SparrowTek LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app, including any content on the AT Protocol network or any loss of data.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
